October Favourites / Rodan + Fields Review

Happy November, my little beauties!

When I was thinking back to the past month and my favourite products, one brand particularly stood out – Rodan + Fields. I have been using their products for 2 months now and am excited to share my incredible experience!

Rodan + Fields

Have you heard of Proactiv? (ummm, if not, climb out from under your rock!) Well, the same two dermatologists have done it again and created Rodan + Fields!

I was introduced to this amazing company by Ms. Anne Marie Loricchio, an Esthetician and Consultant for Rodan + Fields. Anne Marie gave me a mini-consultation and was sooo awesome in determining what products I should use (FYI: she is also the sweetest person ever!)

SOOTHE

At my mini-consultation, Anne Marie recommended I try the SOOTHE line of products. As I mentioned in a previous blog post, I am 28 years old and anti-aging is my primary focus when it comes to my skincare routine. Anne Marie recommended I begin with SOOTHE to prep my skin before beginning their anti-aging products. As I do have dry skin and sensitivity issues and sometimes will have weird reactions on my face, this line was the best for me!

The SOOTHE line is described as “A Multi-Med Therapy solution, SOOTHE Regimen is developed specifically for sensitive skin with our patent-pending RF Cold Fission Technology to replace harsh emulsifiers used to create traditional creamy moisturizers, and RFp3 technology, a powerful combination of skin-soothing and detoxifying peptides, to alleviate dry, chapped, cracked skin and reduce visible signs of redness.” To sum up = these products are a GOLD MINE for anyone that suffers from dry or sensitive skin!

Here are the products that I used and my experience with each product:

1. SOOTHE Gentle Cream Wash

I found the Cream Wash to be extremely gentle! While noticing that it did not remove all of my makeup the first time using it (I do wear A LOT), I switched to using a makeup remover beforehand and found this cleanser to make my skin feel super clean but not at all drying!

2. SOOTHE Sensitive Skin Treatment

This product was my FAVOURITE out of all four! This treatment is used to get rid of any redness that you may have and it also neutralizes dryness and sensitivity over the course of using it. While suffering through a hormonal breakout, I noticed that this treatment helped in calming the redness that came along with the pesky breakouts! This stuff is a MUST! (Also, this treatment was amazing for taking away bug bites super fast! Multi-functional product!)

3. SOOTHE Moisture Replenishing Cream

This moisturizer is SO rich and dewy, but did not leave my skin greasy!! I usually feel I need to reapply moisturizer, but this product absorbed quickly and left my skin super smooth and perfectly primed for makeup…and without that feeling of needing to reapply!

4. SOOTHE Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30

This sunscreen is phenomenal! Repeat after me: Sunscreen on your face is a MUST – ALWAYS! No matter the time of year, your face is always exposed and, therefore, vunerable to the sun’s harmful UV rays. As an added feature, this sunscreen is formulated to minimize the appearance of redness. Just like the Moisture Replenishing Cream, this sunscreen absorbed quickly and did not leave my skin greasy.

Also, a bonus is that all the products are numbered so you know what order to use them in!

Overall, I found these products to be incredible! I cannot wait to try more from Rodan + Fields, especially the REVERSE line! If you are interested in trying out these products, contact Anne Marie at www.annemlori.myrandf.biz/ca.

If you have tried Rodan + Fields, let me know what you think!

That’s Y!
